Go to Group
First, you have to your group which you create and go to the Information button which shows as i button on the right side in the header and clicks on it so you can see more options on it.
TAP on the Group Name
After clicking on the Information button you will see the group name on the top side which you want to change, so click on it and just write a new name on it.

Rename and Done
After tapping on the name, you can rename it and enter the new group name and after changing the name you will see the done option appears on the right side and click on it.
once you click on the done button your group name will change but if sometimes its not showing so you have to update the Instagram app on the app store and it will work properly.
